Continual-G: launching a new science-led supplement in the USA from zero

Continual-G, the first product from start-up INID Research Labs, launched in the USA with Doo Digital. With no company history, no branded ingredients and no brand search, we built its online store, launched its campaigns and used knowledge-led marketing to build awareness and grow sales from zero on day one.

The challenge

Launching a supplement is hard. Launching with nothing to lean on is harder.

Continual-G was the first product from INID Research Labs, a start-up, launching in the USA with zero sales on day one.

Nothing to lean on

No history, no known ingredients, no search. A new brand, from zero.

There was no company legacy or product history to build trust, no branded ingredients shoppers already recognise, and no brand search - nobody was looking for it yet.

On top of that, Continual-G is a unique, highly scientific product that needed explaining before anyone would buy.

What we did

A store, a strategy and a story, all at once.

We built the online store, launched the US campaigns from day one and used knowledge-led marketing to turn education into awareness, brand search and sales.

The store

A complex product is hard to buy. A store that explains, then sells.

A unique, highly scientific product won’t sell from a standard product page.

We built the shopping platform: an online store designed to explain the science clearly and make buying simple.

Go-to-market

No time to warm up. Campaigns live from day one.

With zero sales and no brand awareness, there was no existing audience to fall back on.

We planned and launched the US go-to-market campaigns from day one, alongside the new store.

Knowledge-led campaigns

Hype and ingredient names don’t work here. Education does.

Without branded ingredients or a known name, hype-driven ads had nothing to stand on.

We ran knowledge-led campaigns: educational content and ads that explained what makes the product different, instead of relying on hype or ingredient names.

Awareness to sales

Nobody searching for the brand. Built step by step, then scaled.

Awareness had to be built from nothing before brand search and sales could follow.

We built it step by step, turning education into demand and brand search, then into sales - and scaled what worked as the audience grew.

Why it worked

When a product is new and scientific, education sells.

Launching from zero needed a store, a strategy and a story, all at once. One team, one launch plan, no hand-offs.

One launch plan

Store, strategy and story from different teams. One team, one launch plan.

Our developers built the store while our marketers built the campaigns.

Both were shaped around one idea - when a product is new and scientific, education sells - so there were no hand-offs.

Frequently asked questions

How do you launch a supplement brand with no brand awareness?

Start with a store that explains the product clearly, then run knowledge-led campaigns that educate the right audience. Awareness turns into brand search and sales over time - that’s how we launched Continual-G in the USA from zero.

Can you launch a supplement brand in the US market from scratch?

Yes. We built Continual-G’s store, launched its campaigns and scaled it from zero sales on day one.
