Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Doo Digital Inc. (“Doo Digital”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit doodigital.co, contact us or use our services. Doo Digital Inc. is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at any time through our contact form at doodigital.co/contact/.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, work email, company, website, the channels you sell on and your message when you fill in a form, book a call or apply for a job.
  • Booking information: when you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter on our behalf.
  • Usage information: if you allow analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use our website, such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for
  • To schedule and hold meetings you book with us
  • To review job applications
  • To improve our website and understand how it is used (only with your consent for analytics cookies)
  • To send you marketing about our services, only where you have agreed or where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights

We process personal information on the basis of your consent (for example, non-essential cookies and marketing), our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business - such as website hosting (Vercel), scheduling (Calendly), form handling and email tools - under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law.

International transfers

We are based in North America and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry and client records for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by law, and job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of California and other US states may have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws. To make a request, contact us through our contact form; we will respond within the time required by law.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. Where advertising cookies could be considered “sharing” under US state laws, they only load if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings, and we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
