We try to see acute visits either the same day or the next day. Non-acute visits and new patients are typically scheduled within 1-2 weeks.

Please have your up-to-date insurance information ready, especially if you’re a new patient or if your insurance has changed recently.

Yes, if you haven’t been seen in 3 years, you’ll be considered a new patient.

Our self-pay rates are:

• New patient Visit with MD $165
• New patient Visit with NP $ 135
• Establish patient visit $110

We try to keep patients with their regular doctor or nurse practitioner. However, if their schedule is full, you may see another provider, especially for urgent visits.
